Pace School is a placement option for school districts in Allegheny and surrounding counties and serves students, grades K - 9, with emotional challenges or autism.
Located in the Churchill Borough, just east of Pittsburgh, Pace School looks like a regular elementary or middle
school to the typical visitor. It is the unique blend of special education and mental health services-and
the added supports within each system-that sets Pace School apart.
As a private, nonprofit day school, Pace serves hard-to-teach, hard-to-reach children and adolescents.
