"How to Use What You've Got: A Teacher's Quickstop on Improving Inclusion"

Keynote Speaker: DonnaIrere McKinley
Friday, March 26, 2010
Location: Four Points Sheraton Cranberry, PA

A single classroom has students who struggle for many reasons.  By definition, universal design refers to a broad spectrum solution that produces buildings, products and environments that are usable and effective to everyone.  For teachers in the classroom, universal design is a way to use what you have to improve inclusion by accommodating the widest spectrum of learners-including those with disabilities.

DonnaIrene McKinley will lead this intensive full day workshop.  This free in-service incorporates the principles of universal design by teaching multiple approaches and practical tactics to engage all students.
