Kimberly Scheuermann, SPHR, Human Resources Manager
Kim Scheuermann is the Human Resources Manager for Pace School. While new to Pace for the 2007-2008 school year, she brings a wealth of experience to manage an HR department that is responsible for the recruitment and management of Pace School's most valuable asset - its staff members.
She not only has the knowledge to ensure compliance with Federal and State employment laws, interpret and apply Pace School employment policies and implement staff training programs but the personality to interface with staff at all levels. Prior to Pace, Ms. Scheuermann held Human Resources positions at a multi-state social service organization and a regional accounting firm.
Ms. Scheuermann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Grove City College and is pursuing an MBA at Duquesne University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
