Service Coordination
Children referred to Pace have generally been involved with many treatment providers and service systems. Families can be overwhelmed by the number of voices that become involved in their lives. All Pace offer dedicated professionals who coordinates all aspects of the child’s services.
In partial hospitalization, the treatment team meets every 20 days and all service providers and primary caregivers of the child are invited and encouraged to participate. In other Pace programs, service coordination is provided by Pace or Pace actively participates with the designated coordinator to ensure that our program is working collaboratively to help the child and family in their school setting.
