The goal of treatment is to create competence for each child across all aspects of their daily life. Of particular importance is creating skills that allow the child to return to the regular classroom setting, ready and able to learn.

Planning for discharge begins at admission with the identification of goals that will allow the individual student to succeed in a less restrictive environment. When those goals are achieved, transition from Pace begins with close attention paid to taking the time and providing the services needed to ensure student success in their new placement.
